Carley recently graduated from Marian University with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science. She played multiple sports during her sporting career including golf in high school and soccer through college. Fitness has always been a big part of her life as her aspirations were to play collegiate sports. Her goal is to help people start their fitness journey and help them along the way to see their potential.
Carley has been my trainer since she started at Valley! She cares about my goals and always has a plan in place! Carley is very personable, fun and I always look forward to my training sessions! She motivates me, encourages me and I always feel accomplished when training is complete....& exhausted!

Courtney Kenneke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion & Wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where her studies focused on preventing injury and illness by embracing a lifestyle of physical fitness and healthy habits. In addition to being a NASM-certified personal trainer, she has experience teaching a variety of group exercise classes. She especially enjoys training clients who are new to working out, returning to fitness from a hiatus, or working towards weight loss and strength gains. She provides a fun and uplifting experience while motivating, encouraging, and supporting her clients to accomplish their goals.
“When I found Courtney I was not in the best shape after pregnancy and lost a considerable amount of flexibility. Courtney helped me work back to a healthy body, tracking my progress along the way. Within a couple weeks, my flexibility was noticeably increasing and my body weight was also dropping. She coached me on correct form and posture to prevent any injuries as I was getting back in to shape. Now I am expecting my next baby and working with Courtney to stay healthy and active. I always look forward to my sessions with Courtney as she keeps the workouts fresh and tailors them to my changing goals.”
