Ready to take your workout to the next level?
Ever want to push a sled? How about learning Olympic lifts, a handstand push-up, or simply an unassisted pull-up? Warrior Bootcamps focus on varied workouts incorporating intense strength, cardio endurance, and core training to help you reach those goals. Our fitness professionals will meet you at your current fitness level, guide and encourage you with modifications and progressions for your individual needs.
What is a Warrior Workout?
Warrior Workouts are the toughest workout you'll ever love! They are designed to challenge you at every session in new and exciting ways. Held in our one-of-a-kind Warrior Room, Warrior Workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, body weight exercises, rowing, sprinting, and other exercises. No more tedious repetitive workouts. Our trainers constantly vary the workouts in order to work all major muscle groups through different planes of motion. You will experience workouts that challenge your individual strengths like doing as many reps as possible (AMRAP) workouts for time, every minute on the minute (EMOM), partner workouts where you can drive your partner to be stronger and faster while motivating yourself as well, and team workouts where you are trying to accomplish fitness goals but rely on each other to get there.
What kinds of equipment will we get to use in the Workouts?
Workouts incorporate a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, pull up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, sandbags, weighted vests, plyo-boxes, rowers, and cycles. Since we are a fully equipped facility, your trainer may utilize the indoor turf field, the sports court, stairs, or even venture outside to use the trails.
What kind of results can I expect?
The key to seeing results is consistency. We recommend attending 3-4 Warrior Bootcamps per week to be sure you are working all major muscles groups. Everyone is different, and these high-intensity workouts deliver results in a total-body approach. Many see visual improvements in 3-4 weeks, depending on your effort level. Again, the key is consistency.
Will I feel welcome if I am new to Warrior Workouts?
Yes! The Warrior Room may look intimidating, but you will be surprised at how welcoming our members and trainers are. Warriors build each other up & want each other to succeed. You will hear veteran Warriors giving encouragement and hi-fives to those just beginning. Warriors will gain an abundance of confidence, team building, and camaraderie.
Will the trainers yell at me?
No, we do not practice the "typical" bootcamp model where a trainer screams at you. We focus more on encouragement and education with an empahsis on form keeping it fun and safe for everyone.
I want to try a Warrior Workout, but I am scared...
You are not alone. Many of our current Warriors were once thinking the same thing. There are modifications and progressions for every exercise. If it's your first class, let the trainer know and he/she will guide you through these options. For example, when working towards an unassisted pull-up, our trainers will show you how to use bands to help counter your body weight to make doing a pull up possible. As you get stronger you can use less and less assistance. We also offer Group X classes that can build you up until you feel you are ready for Warrior. Check the latest Group X schedule or ask a team member for options.
Why should I consider Warrior Workouts?
These classes simply produce results. At a fraction of the cost of boutique studio's, our Warrior classes will take your fitness to the next level. You will gain strength, confidence, and a fitness family with the same mindset to keep you motivated long term.
